社会功能缺陷筛选量表(Social Disability Screening Schedule，SDSS)，来源于WHO制定试用的功能缺陷评定量表 (Disability Assessment Schedule，DAS)。我国十二地区精神疾病流行病学协作调查组根据DAS的主要部分翻译并修订，主要用于评定精神患者的社会功能缺陷程度。在许多社区精神医学的调查中，均应用SDSS作为评定工具。
SDSS 的统计指标为总分和单项分。
我国十二地区精神疾病流行病学调查规定总分≥2分，为有社会功能缺陷。我国残疾人抽样调查，也以上述分界值为精神残疾的标准。
